Ingredients:
For dough:
2 cups maida
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
Half tsp National Salt
1 tsp sugar
2tbsp oil
1 cup lukewarm water or according to the need
For chicken mixture:
400 grams boneless small cubed chicken
National Salt according to taste
National Chicken Tikka masala 2 tbsp
National Red Chili powder 2 tsp
National Cumin powder 1tsp
National Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
National Soya sauce and National Chilli sauce 1 tbsp each
Parsley, and sesame seeds according to need.
National Black Pepper 1 tsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Directions
For dough:
Add sugar, salt, yeast, and oil in maida and make a dough using lukewarm water.
Leave the dough in a warm place for 3 to 4 hours.
For pizza chicken:
Add National Tikka masala, National Red Chilli powder, National Cumin powder, National Garam Masala powder, and National salt to the chicken and marinate it for at least half an hour.
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and marinated chicken. Then add National Black pepper, National Soya sauce, and National Chilli sauce and fry the chicken on high flame.
Assembling:
Roll the dough and cut it into a flower shape with a cookie cutter.
Place it on a cupcake tray, and put National Ketchup, chicken, shredded cheese, and olives.
