Pickle Chicken Stick served with rice

Recipe Cusine:



  • National crushed pickle 1 tsp
  • Chicken mince 1 cup
  • Maida 2tbps
  • Butter 2tbs
  • Milk as required
  • National Salt as required
  • National Black pepper as required
  • National Red chili powder as required
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


    For sauce:

  • Take 2 tbsp butter and melt it in a pan.
  • Add 2 tbsp maida and stir it.
  • Add milk and stir until it turns into a thick sauce.
  • Add salt and black pepper as per your taste.
    • For coating:

  • Take chicken mince and add National salt, National red chili powder, National black pepper, ginger garlic paste, and oregano.
  • Take a ball of coating mixture. Flatten it on a palm.
  • Add a spoonful of sauce to it and put National crushed pickle in it.
  • Close it in the shape as shown in the picture.
  • Coat it with egg and fry on a medium flame. Cover it with a lid on a low flame until it tenderizes well.
  • Serve it hot with rice.
