Directions
In a pot, add washed paya, ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp National paya recipe mix, National chaat masala, and 8 glasses of water.
Cook for 4 hours till tender.
In a pan, add oil, onion paste, and the remaining National paya recipe mix and bhoonofy till oil separates.
Then add this masala into the paya and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot!
