Ingredients:

  • Malai Paneer – 150 gms
  • Bread slices
  • Cheese slice(s)
  • Butter
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 no. chopped
  • Green chili – 1 no. thinly sliced
  • Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp
  • Red Capsicum – 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Capsicum – 2 tbsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • National Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Pinch of National Turmeric powder
  • National Garam Masala powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Amchur (Dry Mango powder) – 1/2 tsp
  • Few chopped Coriander leaves

Directions

  • Heat Oil in a pan.
  • Add Onion, Green chili, and Tri-color Capsicum (Green, Red, Yellow) and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add Salt, National Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder, and Amchur (Dry Mango powder) and mix well.
  • Crumble the Malai Paneer and add to the vegetables. Mix well.
  • Finally add the chopped Coriander leaves and mix well. Paneer Filling is ready Keep aside.
  • Place the Cheese slice on the Bread and spread the Paneer filling. Cover it with another bread slice.
  • Toast the Bread on both sides with Butter (Optional) in а pan.
  • Cut it diagonally & serve it with Ketchup or Mint chutney.
