Traditional and a Pakistani recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Spinach 1 kg
  • National Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Small fenugreek 2 bunch
  • Fresh Soya 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 3/4 cup.

Directions

  • Cut and wash spinach, soya, and fenugreek properly
  • In oil, add onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric powder and meat. Cook for an hour. Now add all spices and fry
  • Add spinach, soya, and fenugreek, cover for 10 minutes and fry again
  • Garnish with coriander and green chilies
