National Spicy Donuts

Ingredients:

  • Carrot 1
  • Green Pepper 1
  • Green chili 1
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Yogurt 3 Tablespoons
  • National Salt 1 Teaspoon
  • National Red Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Seeds 1 Teaspoon
  • Water 50ml
  • Chicken/vegetables Stock Cube 1
  • Any food color (optional)

Directions

  • Note: This dough does not need proofing. You can make donuts and freeze them before frying.
  • Chop all the vegetables and cheese.
  • Make chicken stock by mixing warm water and chicken cube.
  • Now add all the vegetables, cheese, and spices to the flour and knead the nonsticky dough with chicken stock.
  • Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  • Roll the dough 1/2 inch thick and cut the donut shapes with a shape cutter, glass, or lids.
  • Deep fry them on low heat. Do not overcook otherwise, donuts will be hard outside.
  • Serve it with National Mayo 😋
