Directions
Note: This dough does not need proofing. You can make donuts and freeze them before frying.
Chop all the vegetables and cheese.
Make chicken stock by mixing warm water and chicken cube.
Now add all the vegetables, cheese, and spices to the flour and knead the nonsticky dough with chicken stock.
Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough 1/2 inch thick and cut the donut shapes with a shape cutter, glass, or lids.
Deep fry them on low heat. Do not overcook otherwise, donuts will be hard outside.
