Directions
Pour oil into a pan and heat it.
Put in onions and fry till they turn golden.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Marinate your chicken with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, and National Biryani Recipe Mix (for best results marinate overnight).
Place the chicken in the pan and let it cook.
Meanwhile, put your rice to boil and add salt and lemon juice. Stain the rice when done.
Then, grease a pan with butter and add rice and then your marinated chicken.
Mix thoroughly and pour milk mixed with yellow food colouring over it.
Cook on high flame to build up steam. Then, let it steam cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
Serve in Handi or any utensil of choice.
