National Pizza

For Pizza Dough:

  • 2 cups flour (All Purpose)
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Luke warm water (As required)
  • 1 sachet of instant yeast
  • 2-3 Garlic clove crushed
  • 3 tbs Oil

For Lacha Gosht:

  • Meat 1/2kg
  • Vinegar 2tbs
  • National Salt 1tsp
  • National Chili powder 1tbsp
  • National Crush Black Pepper 1tbsp
  • National Crush Cumin 1tbsp
  • All Spice 1tbsp
  • National Chat Masala 1tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2cup
  • Green Chili 3
  • Onion 1
  • National Ginger Garlic paste 2tbsp
  • Coriander 4tbsp
  • Ginger Julian Cut 2tbsp

For Pizza Topping:

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Black olives

For Pizza Sauce:

  • Grind tomato 3
  • National Salt
  • National Red Chili Powder 1tbsp
  • oregano ½tsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp


To make dough:

  • In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil, and egg and mix well.
  • Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed.
  • Cover and keep in a warm place. Let it rest for 20 minutes until doubled and well risen.

For chicken:

  • Boil chicken with salt and shred all chicken into lacha.
  • Then in a pan add chopped onion, green chilies, and National Ginger garlic paste. Fry a little then add all masalas.
  • Add National Chili Powder and yogurt and mix well. Then add vinegar and mix a little more and Lacha chicken is ready.

For sauce:

  • Cook all the ingredients in a pan and make a thick sauce.

To assemble the Pizza:

  • Roll out the dough onto a floured surface and line a pizza plate with it.
  • Spread pizza sauce add, thyme, oregano, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chicken, onion, olive, capsicum and sprinkle some red chili flakes over it.
  • Bake at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
