First of all cut roll patti in the desired shape and fry them.
Method for chicken:
Sauté the chicken with little oil, ginger, and garlic, then add chopped tomatoes, salt, National Red Chilli Powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili flakes. Cook till water dries and oil comes up.
Guacamole:
Cut the avocados, mesh them in a smooth consistency, and add lemon juice, little vinegar, salt, and pepper.
For assembling put the papri first then chicken, onion, tomatoes, corns, warm cheese sauce, guacamole, jalapeños, and any hot sauce.
