Directions
In chopper add mince and 1 onion and chop it. Then take it out in a bowl.
On the other side take a pan add oil and fry 2 onion till brown .
Then add brown onions in mince add oil 2Tbsp , National red chilli powder, National tikka masala , ginger garlic paste 2tsp, 1 egg, bread crumbs, green coriander and mix well.
Then shape it into kabab on stick and shallow fry all kabab then give coal smoke.
Now after proofing dough . Make small balls and rolled it into rectangular shape, place one kabab stock in the middle of rectangular dough and joined it.
Sprinkle some crushed red chilli , green coriander, sesame seeds, black seed sprinkle and bake it 180ºC for 10-15mins.
After bake spread some bitter on each naan tikka kabab. You NAAN TIKKAH KABAB are ready to serve.
