Naan Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • National Salt ac to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • For topping
  • Ingredients
  • National chili garlic sauce. 1/3 cup
  • National ketchup. 1cup
  • National garlic powder. 2tsp
  • National Red chili powder. 1/2tsp
  • Soya sauce. 3 tsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • Oregano. 1 tsp
  • Oil. 2tbsp
  • Capsicum sliced 1
  • Tomatoes sliced. 1
  • Onion medium. 1
  • Curry leaf. 1/5 cup
  • Cheese. 1/2 cup

Directions

  • In a bowl add warm water and yeast stir and let the mixture rest for 5 mins.
  • Add the flour, yogurt, salt, baking powder, and egg. mix the dough on medium-low speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Now place the Dough into a bowl and cover the lid and wait till Dough rise.
  • Now give shape it into even circle and use rolling pin to roll out
  • Heat a large cast-iron skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat until it is nice and hot.
  • Add a piece of the rolled-out dough to the pan and cook for 1 minute, or until the top of the dough begins to bubble and the bottom turns lightly golden.
  • Flip the dough and cook on the second side for 30-60 seconds, or until the bottom is golden as well, then transfer the dough to a clean plate.
  • Making naan pizza
  • In a bowl add National Chilli Garlic Sauce, National Ketchup, National Garlic Powder, National salt, soya sauce, oregano mix well
  • Take naan spread sauce sprinkle capsicum , onion , tomatoes , curry leaf and cheese
  • Pre Heat oven 180°c
  • Bake for 5 mins or until done
  • Serve hot
