Mutton trotters(paye)

Ingredients:

  • 6 Mutton trotters
  • 1 tbsp of National Haldi
  • 2 tbsp National Coriander Powder
  • 2 onion medium(peel whole)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp whole cumin
  • 2 tbs whole garam masala (4-5 black pepper, 3-4 long, 1 black elaichi, 1 tez pata)
  • 1 tbsp National Red Chilli powder
  • National Salt (according to taste)
  • 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Wash and clean trotters.
  • Boil them with 4 glasses of water, and put all the above ingredients in the boiling water.
  • When onion and tomatoes become tender, take them out and blend them in a blender.
  • Put them with the trotters again and boil them for at least 3-4 hours until the trotters become tender.
  • Now add 3 tbsp dilute flour to 1 glass of water in the pot.
    • For masala bhagar:

      • In a pan, heat 1/2 cup oil add and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp National Red Chilli powder, and 2 tbsp National Nihari Masala.
      • Cook it and put over trotters gravy.
      • Put on simmer and enjoy delicious Mutton trotters!
