Directions
Put oil and onions inside a pressure cooker.
Once the onions soften, add your paye. Start stirring it regularly.
As it fries along with the onions, add ginger garlic paste.
Add all the spices while you keep sauteing the mixture.
Mix your National Paya Masala Mix with yogurt and pour over the paye.
Stir well until the oil rises and then add 6 glasses of water.
Let it cook for 25 minutes in the pressure cooker.
Let the steam out and add 2 more cups of water to make the gravy.
Cook on low flame for 5 minutes to get it boiling.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
