Mutton minced kabab

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm chicken mince
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp National Salt
  • 1 tbsp National Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 bread slice
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1 green chili
  • Handful hara dhania

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in the chopper well.
  • Leave for half an hour in the fridge.
  • Make kababs with the mixture.
  • Now heat tawa or pan.
  • Add little oil, shallow fry them on low flame.
  • When cooked properly, remove from heat.
  • Serve with raita and enjoy.
