Mutton Achari Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Water: ½ cup or as required
  • Garlic paste: 1 tbs
  • Mutton mix boti: ½ kg
  • Cooking oil: ½ Cup
  • Tomatoes: peeled 4-5
  • Salt: 1 tsp or to taste
  • National Achaar: 1 tbs
  • National Karahi Masala: half pack
  • Black pepper: crushed 1 tsp
  • Green chilies: 5-6
  • Ginger: julienne
  • Fresh coriander as required

Directions

  • In wok, add water, garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add mutton mix boti and mix well until changes color.
  • Cover and cook on medium low flame for 20-25 minutes then cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add cooking oil, mix well for 2 minutes and cook on high flame until oil separates.
  • Add tomatoes, cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft.
  • Mix well and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add salt and black pepper crushed, National karahi masala, national achaar, mix well and cook until oil separates.
  • Add green chilies and mix.
  • Add ginger, fresh coriander & serve.
