For Basket

  • National vermicelli half packet
  • Ghee 2tbsp
  • For Muhallabia
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 4 tbspn or as per taste
  • Corn flour 3 tbspn
  • Rose water 1 tbspn
  • Mix nuts for garnish
  • Rose petals.


  • Method for basket
  • In a pain add ghee and National vermicelli fry on low flame until light golden . Take deep greased bowl with cling paper
  • Add vermicelli mixture into the deep greased bowl press with spoon and keep it in fridge for 15 minutes
  • Method for Muhallabia
  • In a bowl add corn flour, sugar ,rose water and 2 tablespoons of milk make a paste.
  • Now add milk in a pan medium to low heat when its nearly to boil add the mixture keep stirring till its thickens its done. pour this mixture into the vermicelli bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour garnish with nuts .
  • Serve cold top with rose petals.
