Mughlai Creamy Badami Korma

•Chicken 1 kilo
•Yoghurt 1 pao
•Onion 3 large
•Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
•Sabut garam masala
•National korma masala 1 packet
•Oil or Ghee 1 cup
•Almond paste 2 tbsp
•Kewra water 1 tbsp


  • In a pot, add ghee and let it melt, add onion and fry until golden brown and set aside.
  • In the same pot add garam masala, ginger garlic paste, and National korma masala and mix well.
  • Add chicken and fry until it changes it's color, add half cup water cover and cook till the chicken get tender.
  • Crush the fried onion, mix it with yogurt and add it to the pot along with Almond paste and fry it till the oil separates at the top.
  • Add kewra water, almonds, and a quarter cup of water, and leave it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with cream and enjoy
