Ingredients:

  • mong daal 1 (washed and soaked for 4-6 hours )
  • Gg paste
  • National Red Chilli powder 1tbsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • White roasted cumin seeds 1tsp
  • National tikka masala 2 tbls
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • Fresh coriander chopped 2 -3 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2tbsp
  • Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Add daal in a chopper to make a paste but do not add water to it.
  • Transfer the daal to a bowl, add all spices and mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • During this heat oil in a wok and fry wada on medium-high flame
