Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 2 cup
  • Potatoes grated 2
  • Onion thin sliced 2
  • Green chilies chopped 2-3
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • National Red Chilli powder 1tsp
  • National Coriander seeds 1tsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • Soda a pinch
  • Ajwain a pinch
  • National Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • National Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for fry

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except vegetables in gram flour and make pakora batter with water.
  • Now rest it for an hour.
  • Add all the vegetables and mix well.
  • Now deep fry in warm oil on medium to high flame until golden brown and serve.
