Mix pakora

  • Gram flour 2cup
  • National Salt 1tsp
  • National Red Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Red Chilli flakes 1tsp
  • National Cumin (whole) 1tsp
  • National chaat masala 1tsp
  • Dhaniya and zeera (roasted and crushed) 1tbsp
  • Potato 1, onion 1, and spinach 3-4 leaves all chopped (for mix pakora)


  • In a bowl mix National salt, National Red Chilli powder, red chili flakes, National Cumin, National chaat masala, roasted and crushed zeera, and dhaniya in gram flour.
  • Add little water to the gram flour mixture and mix well then add onion, potato, and spinach and mix well and fry.
  • Pakora is ready to serve with chutnies. Sprinkle some National chaat masala on pakoras.
