Mini Achari Samosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (boiled) mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup green peas (boiled and mashed)
  • 4 tbsp chopped green coriander
  • 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 tbsp National Haldi Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbs National Crushed Pickle
  • 1/4 tbsp National Cumin Seed
  • Some curry leaves
  • National Salt to taste

Directions

    Step 1 (for filling)

  • In a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil, and put curry leave and whole cumin in it.
  • Add all the spices to National Crushed Pickles and put this mixture over the mashed potatoes and peas.
  • Mix it well.
    • Step 2 (for dough)

  • Take 1 bowl of plain flour and add 2 tbsp oil/ghee, a pinch of National Salt, and a pinch of soda.
  • Add water (according to your need) to make dough.
  • Keep this aside for almost 1 hour.
    • Step 3

  • Take any shape mold. Roll a thin roti with dough and put it into the mold.
  • Fill with potato and achar mixture.
  • Deep fry it and enjoy yummy achari samosa .
