Mince Pickled cheese paratha

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yoghurt 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies chopped 4 to 6
  • Chicken Tikka masala 1 tbsp
  • Chicken Tandoori masala 1 tbsp


  • Marinate mince with all the above ingredients.
  • In a wok, pour 1 tbsp oil and add marinated mince, saute well.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water to make the chicken tender.
  • Make a paratha, transfer it to the pan, and let it fry a little, to a very slight brown.
  • Once this is done, flip it on the other side, add chicken mince, National Crushed Pickle and grated mozzarella cheese and then fold it.
  • Your paratha is ready to be served!
  • Tip: keep the flame low at the start so that you get enough time to fill it.
