Directions
Marinate mince with all the above ingredients.
In a wok, pour 1 tbsp oil and add marinated mince, saute well.
Add 1/4 cup of water to make the chicken tender.
Make a paratha, transfer it to the pan, and let it fry a little, to a very slight brown.
Once this is done, flip it on the other side, add chicken mince, National Crushed Pickle and grated mozzarella cheese and then fold it.
Your paratha is ready to be served!
Tip: keep the flame low at the start so that you get enough time to fill it.
