Ingredients:

  • Sliced onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Lady finger 1kg washed and cut
  • National Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Zeera powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Directions

  • In oil, add onions and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add lady finger and fry for 5-6 minutes, then add tomatoes, salt and turmeric
  • Now cover for 5 minutes
  • When tomatoes get tender add all masala and let it steam for 10 minutes
