MANGO AND BUTTER CREAM LOG

Ingredients:

  • Butter 227gm
  • Egg 227gm
  • Flour 127gm
  • National custard powder 100gm Vanilla
  • Caster sugar 227gm
  • Baking powder 3gm
  • Vanilla extract 3gm

 

Directions

  • Cream the butter and sugar then add eggs on at a time.
  • In a bowl sift the flour and baking powder.
  • Add flour into butter egg mixture until well combined.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 mins at 150 temp in preheated oven. in a try layer with butter paper.
  • Let it cool down for few minutes.
  • Now soak it with milk. Layer with butter cream and mango chunks and roll it carefully.
  • Wrap it with cling film. Put it in freezer for 1 hour.
  • Cover it with remaining butter cream frosting and decorate with fruits.
  • Chilled the log before preparing it with butter cream.
