Makhni Chicken Handi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Green chillies 4-5
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • National Salt 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Cream half packet
  • Yogurt 5 tbs
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • National Black pepper 1/4 tbsp
  • National Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tbsp

Directions

  • Start by pouring a cup of oil into a pan.
  • Add chicken and fry for 7 minutes.
  • Add salt and keep frying it.
  • In a blender, add garlic ginger paste, green chillies, yogurt and milk.
  • Blend the mixture and then pour it into the pan on a low flame.
  • After 2 minutes, increase the flame and fry for 4 more minutes.
  • Add cream, black peppers and National Garam Masala Powder.
  • Mix for 2 minutes, put it in a handi, add butter on top and you're ready to serve.
