Directions
Start by pouring a cup of oil into a pan.
Add chicken and fry for 7 minutes.
Add salt and keep frying it.
In a blender, add garlic ginger paste, green chillies, yogurt and milk.
Blend the mixture and then pour it into the pan on a low flame.
After 2 minutes, increase the flame and fry for 4 more minutes.
Add cream, black peppers and National Garam Masala Powder.
Mix for 2 minutes, put it in a handi, add butter on top and you're ready to serve.
