Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • National Salt to taste
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • National Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt( if not available skip)
  • Soya sauce 3-4 tbsp
  • Red whole chili 10S
  • Spring onion 1.5 cup chopped
  • Onion 2-3 chopped

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with garlic paste, National salt, pepper , chinese salt and set aside for 2 hrs
  • Now pour oil in a pan. Add whole red chili. Sauté till crunchy remove from pan crushed 4-5 chilies
  • Add chopped spring onion n onion sauté for 2 mins remove form pan.
  • Add marinated chicken in oil and cook well till color changes n aroma comes out.
  • Add half cup water n cover with lid let it cook. After 10 mins add soya sauce simmer.
  • Then add chopped veggies (save some for garnishing) whole red chilies. Mix and turn off stove after a while.
  • Serve in a dish garnish with crushed red chilies remaining chopped onion and spring onion.
