Directions
Marinate chicken with garlic paste, National salt, pepper , chinese salt and set aside for 2 hrs
Now pour oil in a pan. Add whole red chili. Sauté till crunchy remove from pan crushed 4-5 chilies
Add chopped spring onion n onion sauté for 2 mins remove form pan.
Add marinated chicken in oil and cook well till color changes n aroma comes out.
Add half cup water n cover with lid let it cook. After 10 mins add soya sauce simmer.
Then add chopped veggies (save some for garnishing) whole red chilies. Mix and turn off stove after a while.
Serve in a dish garnish with crushed red chilies remaining chopped onion and spring onion.
