Directions
Method:
Chop all ingredients for meatballs together in a chopper and make balls and set aside
In 1/2 cup oil add onions and fry till golden. Take them out and let them cool
In a blender take tomatoes , yoghurt and these fried onions and blend it
In the same oil add garlic paste ( or chopped) and sauté it
Now add that blended mixture and the whole garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and braise it
Add 3 glasses of water , when it boils on medium heat , add the koftas you made and set aside
Cover and keep checking (do not use the spoon or over use it as it will break the balls)
When the water is about to dry and turn the flame low
Now add half glass or 1 glass of water, when it simmers add green chillies, garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves and give dum for 5
