Directions
Take 4 tablespoon oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cook them a little.
In the same pan, add curry leaves, whole red chilies, and fry.
Add red chili flakes, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir well for a few minutes.
Add tamarind puree to the pan and cook until the oil separates.
Now put salt and chaat masala and mix.
Lastly, toss in boiled potatoes to the prepared masala and coat them with masala properly.
Garnish with coriander and green chilies.
