Ingredients:

  • Potato 3-4
  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds 2 Pinch
  • Curry Leaves10 – 12
  • Whole Red Chili 8 – 10
  • Red Chili Flakes1 tsp
  • National red Chili Powder 1tsp
  • National coriander powder 1tsp
  • National garam masala 1tsp
  • Tamarind puree 1tsp
  • National chaat masala to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Directions

  • Take 4 tablespoon oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cook them a little.
  • In the same pan, add curry leaves, whole red chilies, and fry.
  • Add red chili flakes, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir well for a few minutes.
  • Add tamarind puree to the pan and cook until the oil separates.
  • Now put salt and chaat masala and mix.
  • Lastly, toss in boiled potatoes to the prepared masala and coat them with masala properly.
  • Garnish with coriander and green chilies.
