Keema Masala

Recipe Cusine:



  • 1 kg mutton minced
  • 2 Tomatoes medium
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • 1tbsp National Red Chili Powder
  • 1tbsp National Haldi Powder
  • 1 tbsp National Coriander Powder
  • 2tbsp whole cumin
  • 1tbsp National Garam Masala Powder
  • National Salt (according to your taste)
  • 2tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Some green cardamons


  • Cut onion into thin slices.
  • Fry it in hot oil until it turns brown, and add whole cumin.
  • Fry for a minute then add ginger garlic paste.
  • Fry it again for a minute and add the mutton mince. Fry it. until it changes color.
  • Now add salt and mix it. Then Haldi powder and 1-2 cardamons.
  • Cook it for 2-3 minutes, now add yogurt, mix it and cover the pan for 10 minutes.
  • After almost 10 minutes add chopped tomatoes, add remaining spices, and cook it until mutton becomes tender.
  • Put 1/2 cup water and put on dum.
  • Boil rice with chopped green onions, carrots, and peas, and enjoy with keema!
