Directions
In wok /pan add boiled chickpeas & put enough water and boil again.
There should be two cups water remaining after they get boiled.
Now add boiled potato cubes and all the National spices , food color, cumin seeds, imli pulp except corn flour , onions and fresh coriander leaves.
Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. In a bowl mix cornflour with some water and pour it slowly in cholay till you get the right consistency.
Turn off the flame.
Mix sliced onions when hot. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it hot with papri.
