Karhi Pakora

Ingredients:

  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Chickpea flour 4 Tbsp
  • Pakoray 1 plate full
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • National Salt 1 tsp
  • National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Directions

  • Fry the onion until brown
  • Leave half in the pot and the other half to be taken out.
  • Pour yoghurt, Chickpea flour, Ginger Garlic paste, National Salt, Nation Red Chilli powder and Coriander powder into the pot.
  • Add 6 - 8 glasses of water and mix on medium flame until it is not looking like a thick sauce.
  • Now add pakora's and cook for 2 mins
  • Add the rest of the brown onions on top of the dish for garnishing
