Directions
Marinate 1/2 kg liver with 2 tbsp National tikka masala.
Then take a pan add 1/2 cup oil then add 1tbsp garlic sauté then add1/2 kg chopped tomatoes in it then cover it for 15 minutes when tomatoes become soft add salt,1tsp chili flakes,1tsp chili powder,1tsp chopped ginger,1 tsp zeera powder,4 tbsp national karhai masala then bhunify it well then add liver and bhunify until it changes its color now cook it
on high flame for 6 to 8 mins.
Garnish Karahi with green chillies, coriander leaves, black pepper then give smoke if u want.
