Ingredients:

  • For Coating
  • Potato – 4
  • Corn Flour – 1/4 Cup
  • Maida – 1/4 Cup
  • Salt: half tsp
  • Black pepper: half tsp
  • Red chili powder: half tsp
  • For Chili Sauce
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic: 1 cloves(chopped)
  • Onion: 1 med (chopped)
  • Capsicum – 1 (small)
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce: 1 tsp
  • National Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbs
  • National Chili garlic sauce – 2 tbs
  • Chili Flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • National Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2tsp
  • Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Water: half cup
  • Corn flour: 1 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds: as required

Directions

  • In a boiling water, place potato fingers for 5 mins, take it out and dry them.
  • Coat it in flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper & red chili powder mixture. Deep fry until golden brown.
  • In a pan heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until translucent then add capsicum and sauté for few mins.
  • Add all the sauces, spices and cook with 1/4 cup water.
  • Add mixture of corn flour with 1/4 cup of water , cook for few secs, sauce is ready.
  • In a serving platter place crispy fries topped with sweet, tangy & spice sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
