Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef 750gm
  • Ghiyuon 1 cup
  • Chana daal 4 tbsp
  • Mong daal 4 tbsp
  • Masoor daal 4 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • National Haleem Mix 1 packet

Directions

  • Soak ghiyuon and all daal overnight, boil it, and blend it.
  • Boil meat with National Haleem Mix and ginger garlic paste then mash it.
  • Now mix everything and cook on low flame for half hour.
  • At the end give tarka of brown onion and garnish with lemon and sliced green chilies along with finely chopped coriander leaves.
