Grilled Chicken & Veggies Platter

  • Grilled Chicken platter
  • Chicken with bones 1 kg
  • Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • White vinegar 1tbsp
  • National Chilli powder 1tsp
  • 1tbsp oil
  • Olive Oil 2-3 tbsp ( for grilling)
  • Salt to taste


  • Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients in it to make the marination
  • Now add chicken and steam the chicken for 15 minutes.
  • Take a grill pan and heat on high flame, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and add chicken pieces and cook until grill marks appear on chicken then take it out
  • Wipe the pan, add 1tsp oil and grill all your veggies until they sizzle. Serve with garlic naan
