Giant Burger

For bun:

  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 National Salt
  • 1/4 cup warm milk
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • Sesame seeds as required

For burgers patties:

  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless (in small cubes)
  • 2 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 2 tbsp National Red Chilli Powder
  • National Salt according to taste
  • 2 tbsp National Cornflour
  • 1tbs National Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp National Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp whole Dhaniya


    For burger bun:

  • In warm water add yeast and sugar and mix them. Cover and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl add plain flour, yeast mixture, egg, National Salt, milk, and oil and kneed the dough until well combined and it becomes soft and smooth. If needed add a few more tsp of milk.
  • Cover and let it rest in a warm place for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Fill the bundt cake mold with this dough.
  • Leave to rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Now bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°.
  • Bun is ready. Demould it.
    • For burger pattie:

  • Cook the above-given ingredients with half a cup of water.
  • When chicken is cooked and potatoes have become tender, let it cool.
  • Now chop it in the chopper with some green coriander.
  • Make kabab shape.
  • In a bowl add 1 egg, 2 tbsp National Cornflour, 1/4 cup milk, half tsp National Black Pepper Powder, and 1/4 tsp National Salt and mix it well.
  • Dip kabab in the mixture and shallow fry it.
    • Assembling

  • Cut the giant bun from the center and on one part of the bun spread ketchup, place a burger pattie (you will need 4 to 5 burger patties for this), veggies of ur choice (use onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and cabbage) and cheese slice.
  • Cover with the other bun and enjoy.
