Special for desserts in tea time

Ingredients:

  • Butter 227gm
  • Egg 227gm
  • Flour 127gm
  • National custard powder 100gm Vanilla
  • Caster sugar 227gm
  • Baking powder 3gm
  • Vanilla extract 3gm

Directions

  • Cream the butter and sugar then add eggs on at a time.
  • In a bowl sift the flour and baking powder.
  • Add flour into butter egg mixture until well combined.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 mins at 150 temp in preheated oven.
  • Decorate with chocolate ganache.
