Directions
Pour oil into a pan and fry your onions until they turn golden-brown and crispy. Take out the onions when done.
In the leftover oil, add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, paprika, turmeric powder, and coriander powder.
Stir the mixture well and add mutton. Stir it again then add water whilst keeping it on low flame till the meat gets tender.
Add crushed fry onions and yogurt.
Finally, add chopped ginger and Nutmeg & mace powder.
Your Deghi Mutton Korma is ready to serve.
