Bhalla's ingredients should be mixed and turned into a paste.
Then deep fry it and then pour into water and soak them for 2 minutes
Pour all the ingredients into Dahi and mix them heartily.
Pour the Bhalla's out of the water first and then press the Bhalla's and then set them in a dish.
Then pour the Dahi on them and sprinkle the National Chat Masala, Green Chili and Green Coriander and it's ready to serve!
