Ingredients:

  • Besan 1/2cup
  • National Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • National Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • National Salt 1 tsp
  • Soda 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Chilli flakes 1/2tsp
  • National Chat Masala 1 tsp
  • Well all the masala depends on your taste

Directions

  • Take a bowl and put besan, National Chilli powder, chili flakes( optional), National turmeric powder, soda, and National salt.
  • Add water and stir to make a thick paste.
  • Drop this mixture in preheated oil with a spoon.
  • Fry for 8-10 minutes.
  • Place fried Baray in the milk after 2 minutes of frying for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add National salt and National chat masala in the yogurt and mix well.
  • Pour this yogurt into the serving bowl.
  • Squeeze out milk from the Baray by pressing them between hands.
  • Place these baray on the yogurt.
  • Again pour some yogurt over baray.
  • Sprinkle National Chat Masala and serve<./li>
