Custard Bread Roll

For bread

  • Bread 5 pieces
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

For custard

  • National custard powder 2tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 liter

For topping

  • Crushed coconut


  • Prepare mixture to soak bread
  • Add 2 tbsp sugar in 1/2 cup of milk.
  • Take a piece of bread, cut the edges, soak in a mixture for 1 second in both side ,( dont soak for more than 1 second)
  • Now press gently and flat it.
  • Now prepare national custard
  • Take some milk out of 1/2 liter and add custard powder to it and mix it.
  • Put remaining milk on flame and add sugar. When it starts boiling add the prepared custard mixture now cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool. Place it in the freezer for an hour.
  • Now spread this chilled national custard on flat bread and roll it.
  • Now roll it in crushed coconut.
  • Served chilled.
