Crispy Fried Pakoray

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 2-3
  • Flour 1 Kilogram
  • National Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Cut potatoes in shape of fries
  • In a bowl mix gram flour, salt, national chilli powder, baking powder and cumin powder. Add in small amount of water to make a thick paste
  • Dip the potatoes and fry them in preheated oil until golden brown
  • Dish out and sprinkle chat masala
  • Serve with National Ketchup
