Directions
Add milk and 1 tsp vinegar in a bowl. Leave it for 5-10 minutes
In a bowl, add chicken pieces, butter milk and all marination ingredients. Mix and cover, leave it for 1-2 hours
Combine the coating ingredients in a bowl
Take ice cold water in a separate bowl
Take one chicken piece out of the marination at a time, put it into the flour mixture then dip in ice cold water and again in the dry mixture
Repeat the same process for all the chicken and set aside
Heat oil in a wok for deep frying on medium to low flame
Add chicken and fry it for 6 to 8 minutes or until desired colour is achieved
Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on burger buns, place lettuce leaves and crispy fried chicken pieces
