Directions
In a bowl, add beef mince, oy sauce, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well, cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a wok, add cooking oil, marinated beef, mix well and cook on medium flame until dries up (14-15 minutes) &; set aside for later use.
In the same wok, add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix well for a minute.
Add onion and mix well.
Add mushrooms, mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Add dried thyme, black pepper powder, red chilli crushed, salt, dried parsley and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
On low flame, add cream and mix well.
Now add cooked mince, mix well & cook for a minute.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Let it cool.
In a small bowl, add all-purpose flour, water and mix well. Flour slurry is ready!
Take spring roll leaves, add prepared creamy mince filling ,fold over the sides, roll up and apply all-purpose flour slurry.
