Creamy Fruit Custard

Pakistani dessert


  • 1 liter Milk
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 5tbsp National strawberry custard powder
  • 100 ml cream
  • Sliced fruits(bananas, apple, chiku)
  • National Strawberry crystal jelly
  • Cream for decoration


  • Boil milk and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame, add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves.
  • Dissolve custard powder in 1/4th cup milk and add in boiling milk and mix.
  • Cook for 2 minutes then turn off the flame. Let it cool.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream in sliced fruits.
  • Add cream and fruits into cooled custard and mix.
  • Transfer to the serving bowl and pour the strawberry jelly mixture and let it cool.
  • Decorate with cream and serve chilled.
