Egg yolks at room temperature 1
Sugar granulated 25g
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
For Coffee custard:
Milk 500ml

Directions
Step # 1
In a large bowl add butter and beat it for a minute.
Add sugar, salt, and vanilla essence and beat until creamy.
Now add egg yolks, one at a time, and keep beating for a minute before gradually adding flour while the beater doesn't stop.
When it is well incorporated, take butter paper, put the dough on it, and press it down with your hand. Now take another butter paper and put it over the dough.
Now very slowly and carefully roll the dough, around half an inch in thickness.
Grease square-shaped tart mold with oil. Now press it on the dough. Don't remove the dough from the tart mold.
Now cut the dough into strips and set them into the tart mold.
Press the sides and set them with your hand before baking on a preheated pan for 20 to 25 minutes. Let it cool down at room temperature.
Step # 2
In a pan add milk and bring it to a boil. Add sugar and cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Dissolve National Vanilla Custard and coffee powder in 1/2cup milk and add in boiling milk.
Keep stirring while adding chocolate chips and mix well.
Cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes or until it thickens.
Let it cool down.
Pour the custard into the tart and decorate with melted chocolate and fruits.
