Directions
First soak cholay over night then boil it in slow heat with salt and baking soda around 1 hour until it's done.
In a bowl add boiled cholay, cubes of boiled potatoes, National Crushed Coriander, National Crushed roasted Cumin, National Red Chili Powder, National Chat Masala, National Salt, Chopped Onion, Chopped Green chilies, Chopped coriander, and Lemon Juice. Mix it well.
On papdi add the potato mixture, then National Chili Garlic Sauce, green chutney, and imli chutney.
Serve it with National Chili Garlic Sauce and enjoy!
