Directions
Boil chicken with green chilies, salt and zeera till chicken cooks completely and water dries. Let it cool then shred
Meanwhile mix salt in vegetables and let them set for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes squeeze the vegetables and discard water
Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste for few seconds. Add shredded chicken and mix
Now add squeezed vegetables, National Chilli Powder, pepper, ketchup and oyster sauce, give it a good mix. Add salt if needed. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool completely
Fill in roll sheets and fold, use flour slurry to stick edges. Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown from all sides
Serve with National Ketchup and National Mayonnaise dip
