Chinese Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg Chicken (fillet)
  • National Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp National Black Pepper
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 cup Carrot julienne
  • 1 cup Capsicum julienne
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Chicken powder
  • 1 tsp National Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 2 tbsp National Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion

Directions

  • Cut chicken fillet into small slices and set aside.
  • Now In a bowl mix salt, garlic powder, oil, black pepper and marinate chicken in it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Then cook the chicken on a greased pan for 5 to minutes. Set aside.
  • In a separate pan add eggs then scrambled it. Set it aside.
  • Heat water in a pan and cook rice in it until 80% cooked. Keep it aside.
  • In a wok add oil, add peas in it and cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Add garlic in it and sauté for a minute. Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage and sauté. Now add salt, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add rice, scrambled egg, green onion and toss for 3 to 4 minutes.
