Ingredients:

CHIMICHANGA

  • Chicken — 200gm
  • National tika masala— 30gm
  • Red Bell Pepper. — 20gm
  • Capsicum. — 20gm
  • Mozzarella Cheese. — 80gm
  • National Mayonnaise. — 80ml
  • Oil. — 20ml
  • Tortilla Bread. — 4pcs
  • Flour. — 2tbsp
  • Water. — 10ml
  • White Pepper. — 20gm
  • Black Pepper. — 20gm
  • Green Chillies. — 2-3pcs

Directions

  • In a pan heat oil. add garlic, chicken, national tikka masala bell peppers, white pepper, black pepper and green chilis
  • Cook it for 10-12 minutes.
  • Take tortilla and make a roll by adding chicken filling. Hellman's Cheese Mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese.
  • Close the corners with the help of flour and water mixture.
  • In a fryer add oil to fry until golden brown.
  • Serve with a dip.
